Council has partnered with Payreq to deliver rates notices and water accounts to your email account.
To register, you just need to provide an email address, a phone number and some details from your rates notice and water account.

If you have more than one property or you wish to receive both rates notices and water accounts by email, you will need to register each notice individually.
Once you register, we will only send your future notices by email.
If you change your mind at a later date, you can opt out and we will then send your notices by paper post.
