Invasive weed found at Wilcannia Cemetery Published on 20 March 2025 An invasive weed known as Spiny Burrgrass has been found in Wilcannia Cemetery. The weed has been sprayed by biosecurity officers. Water Restrictions lifted - White Cliffs Published on 11 March 2025 Water restrictions at White Cliffs have been lifted. This follows good rains across certain parts of the Shire, which have resulted in Wakefield Dam now being three-quarters full.
