Drive with Caution on Central Darling Shire roads

A number of Shire roads are currently open under the status of Caution and motorists are being asked to take care on the roads, drive to the conditions and look out for wildlife. Our towns and villages are remote, separated by considerable distances and many of our connecting roads are unsealed and impassable following rain.
In other roads news the Wilcannia – Menindee West Road has recently reopened, under a road status of Caution. The road had been closed because of recent storm damage.
