A development application for the construction of the Baaka Cultural Centre to be located at 44 Reid Street Wilcannia (the former Knox and Downs building) has been received by Central Darling Shire Council.
The assessment for this development application will be conducted by the Western Region Planning Panel, which is the referral agency for this development.
The applicant organisation is the Architecture company – Kaunitz Yeung Architects.
Submissions on the proposed development are now open and will be accepted until 4 pm Thursday 2 June 2022.
